A large cigarette factory in Northwest China

This water project is for a large cigarette factory in Northwest China with a double stage reverse osmosis system of 500T/D. The incoming water's salt content estimates to be 2000PPM. The challenge was to maintain a stable system operation while the high yield water production and quality desalination are also required. Our company chose UC ULP-8040-400 membrane production line for customers according to the actual application. This product is able to achieve the requirements of high yield water production and high yield desalination under the 6-7kg pressure. The desalination yield is 98.2%, the water production per membrane is 1m³/h. The whole production line can generate high yield water more than 500T/D (Ton/Day). This line has been running stably for more than one year now. As of now, both the yield of desalination and the yield of water production have been maintained quite stably. The frequency of replacing the membranes has been reduced significantly. In conclusion, customers are very happy with our 0.6Mpa system especially with the result of saving operating cost and efficiency improvement.
