A large printing and dyeing factory in Zhejiang

This reclaimed water reuse project is for a large printing and dyeing factory in Zhejiang: this is a double stage reverse osmosis system with 1200T/D. TDS is 2600mg/L, COD is 210mg/L. This customer specifically required the yield of desalination greater than 98%, and COD greater than 20mg/L. We finally used UltraClean's anti-fouling membranes for this project. In the beginning, with the operating pressure of 12.5 kg, the yield of desalination rate reached 98.5%, and COD reached 14 mg/L. This increased the frequency of cleaning because of the higher than normal COD. However, our membrane system has been performing very stably since for more than one year and 3 months now. This proved our product and system is very reliable even under the high frequent usage.
